In order to reduce overall energy consumption ISU adopted Energy Efficiency Program 2020-2025, and the “Policy in the field of energy efficiency, energy conservation, reducing carbon and carbon dioxide emissions”.

The University provides services for the development of bioremediation processes and the generation of clean energy on a contractual basis. The main contractor is the Laboratory of Aquatic Toxicology of the Institute of Biology of Irkutsk State University (supervised by Stom D.I.)
The research and developments of the Laboratory of Water Toxicology of the Institute of Biology of Irkutsk State University (supervised by D.I.
