Abstract

The book is devoted to the legal construction (model) of a real contract. The existing models of contract conclusion, the process and stages of conclusion of a real contract are considered. The constructions of real contracts provided for in the Civil Code of the Russian Federation are considered. Conclusions about the reasons for the preservation of real contracts in modern civil law are presented. The book is addressed for all who interested in the issues of contract law.
