Abstract

The problems of legal regulation in the field of technological development, including within the framework of certain directions of such development, as well as the conditions that are used to ensure technological sovereignty in Russia and foreign countries are investigated. The main legal solutions for the regulation of these social relations in the conditions of modern development of Russian law and the sphere of technological development are proposed, including conceptual approaches to the regulation of the complex of relations in the sphere of creation of new technologies, adaptation of foreign technologies to Russian conditions, implementation of technological developments. The study is based on the analysis of the existing normative regulation, as well as drafts of normative legal acts under consideration.

It is intended for researchers in the field of legal regulation of public relations related to the circulation of cryptocurrencies, the use of digital methods in economic and financial activities, university professors and persons interested in the problems of generation of digital currencies.
