Abstract

The problems of legal regulation of cryptocurrency generation (mining) in the Russian Federation on the basis of the analysis of the subject and scope of legal regulation of cryptocurrency generation, earlier attempts of legal regulation of these social relations in Russia, the experience of foreign countries on legal regulation of cryptocurrency generation are studied. The book is addressed to researchers in the field of legal regulation of social relations related to the circulation of cryptocurrencies, the use of digital methods in economic and financial activities, university professors and persons interested in the problems of generation of digital currencies.
