Abstract

The results of a study on the topic of professional burnout among teachers are presented. The authors analyze the specifics of professional burnout and also present the results of a study of employees of educational institutions and teachers working in special correctional institutions. It were given recommendations for the prevention of professional burnout among teachers for managers and specialists of educational institutions based on the analysis of a theoretical review of the literature and an empirical study. It is intended for university teachers and students, workers educational institutions, social sector specialists and for everyone those who are interested in the problem of professional burnout.
