Mixed Contract in Russian Civil Law

Abstract

The monograph examines the theory of mixed contracts, which includes their concept, features of legal regulation, classification and place in the system of civil contracts. Gaps in understanding the essence of the mixed contract and its elements have been filled. The functions of a mixed contract are revealed. The necessity of expanding the scope of application of the rules on mixed contracts to individual contracts named in the law is proved. The place of mixed contracts in the system of civil law is determined by carrying out its correlation with related legal structures.
