Abstract

The publication reflects the main stages and vectors of development of expert institutions in the 21st century, the goals and formats of the activities of expert centers and expert communities in the conditions of the formation of a multipolar world, the functioning of expert platforms in the dynamics of requests of state and public importance. The authors focus on the specifics of introducing artificial intelligence technologies into social and management processes in Russia, the need to rethink and develop new concepts of expert culture. Theoretical, methodological and practice-oriented approaches to the study of the development processes of expert institutions in the conditions of the formation of a multipolar world were tested at the Third International Scientific and Practical Conference “Expert Institutions in the 21st Century: Principles, Technologies, Culture in the Conditions of the Formation of a Multipolar World” (Irkutsk , June 14-15, 2024). The publication presents a typology of examinations and the methodology of expert analysis and expert assessment in various areas of activity, describes the experience of conducting public examinations in the focus of implementing national projects in Russia, and draws attention to the dynamics of transitions to new models of higher and professional education in difficult conditions. Traditionally, the work highlights scientific and expert activities through the eyes of young people in the conditions of a new stage in the formation of a multipolar world. The uniqueness of scientific approaches and public-governmental discourses of a sociological and interdisciplinary orientation that characterize modern research activities in establishing new theoretical and methodological foundations for studying the institutionalization of expert practices at different levels is reflected.
