Abstract

The Conference makes one of the first attempts in Russia to consider the problems of the formation of a new multipolar world, focusing on ethnic, regional, cross-cultural and socio-psychological trends in international relations. The multipolar world in the articles from this collection is considered not so much in the political as in the human dimension.
