Abstract

The papers present economic prospects for gastronomic tourism development in Russia and Europe, proposed by professors and students of the International Institute of Economics and Linguistics at Irkutsk State University and Savoy Montblanc University. The authors of the articles studied the most popular gastronomic tourism routes in their countries, discussed the economic prospects of development of this industry, and described the most popular national dishes. It is intended for teachers, undergraduates, graduate and postgraduate students in economics and commerce.
