Abstract

The published materials are devoted to the current problems of modern legal science and practice in Russia and abroad. Particular attention is paid to the implementation of legislation in emergency situations and other restrictive regimes, as well as to the study of the reaction of state, commercial and other organizations, public associations, the media to the introduction of time restrictions and the application of measures aimed at ensuring the security of the state and its citizens, maintaining the sustainable functioning of enterprises and institutions in emergency circumstances. It is intended for students, graduate students, teachers of law universities, practitioners, as well as everyone interested in Russian and foreign legislation.
