The 5th International Summer School of the Polish language is a traditional event organized at the Baikal Biological station in Bolshie Koty village on July 5 - 9. The ISU Polish language Centre arranges the school in cooperation with the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Irkutsk.

ISU students learning Polish took part in the school. Pani Małgorzata Rapacz- Dolishnya and Ms Elena Zarubina - lecturers of the ISU Polish language Centre - delivered lectures and organized special workshops for the participants to learn more about grammar, Polish culture and literature.
