The Baikal Summer School on Physics of Elementary Particles and Astrophysics traditionally took place at the Baikal Biological Research Station of Irkutsk State University. The school is organized by Irkutsk State University and Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (Dubna). Participants are leading and young scientists, students, undergraduates and postgraduate students from universities and scientific organizations of Russia, Germany, Hungary, Czech Republic, Japan, Belgium, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Italy, USA, Mexico, Great Britain, Portugal, Italy, Spain and India.
