The International Institute of Economics and Linguistics of ISU welcomed Zhang Xiaodong, a new consul on education issues of the Consulate General of China in Irkutsk.

The Consulate General of China in Irkutsk and ISU International Institute of Economics and Linguistics have developed a number of joint projects aimed at improving double-degree and exchange programs operated by ISU in cooperation with Chinese Universities.
