Study Russian Language at ISU!

Irkutsk State University hosts a summer school of advanced Russian language, with students and teachers of Russian language from Austria, Bulgaria, Germany, Poland and Czech Republic participating. The school is conducted by ISU Institute of Philology, Foreign Languages and Media Communication. The participants of the school came to ISU according to the contest held by The Ministry of education and science of the Russian Federation.Summer school lasts about two weeks and includes lectures, trainings and a cultural program and trip to Lake Baikal.
- It has become a good tradition for ISU to welcome foreign citizens at the preparatory faculty, undergraduate and graduate programs. In academic year of 2017-2018 citizens from Mongolia, Afghanistan, Thailand, Moldova, Vietnam and Syria come to ISU under the bilateral agreements concluded by the Ministry of Education and Science with foreign counterparts , - Yulia Elokhina, head of international office, comments on.
