Keren Happuc, the citizen of the Republic of Congo, has become the first student enrolled during the admission campaign-2017. Happuc came to Irkutsk State University last September, and for one year she studied Russian language at the pre-University department of the International Institute of Economics and Linguistics. After graduating from the pre-University department, she has been enrolled to the course “Management” of the Siberian-American School of Management.
It should be noted that every year ISU welcomes international students from different countries. Some of them come to study under the international agreements concluded by the governments.
