The delegation of Harbin Normal University paid a visit to ISU. The delegation headed by the director of the Institute of Slavic Languages Zhao Tsyue presented information about Harbin Normal University, its academic programs and contacts with foreign Universities.

At the meeting there was discussed the issue of concluding a new partnership agreement between ISU and Harbin Normal University, the joint educational projects were considered, and some other ideas of cooperation were put forward.
