At the press conference Andrey Zayakin, the co-founder of the Internet community “Dissernet” that scrutinizes the dissertation papers and tries to fight against plagiarism, reported that Irkutsk State University is in good standing with “Dissernet”. All the dissertation papers defended at ISU comply with the citation rules.

“Dissernet” is the network of professional scientists, journalists and volunteers. The activity of community is basically focused on the examination of the candidate’s and doctor’s dissertations defended since the end of 1990-s.
