Darya Senda, the citizen of Poland, has become the first student enrolled during the admission campaign-2016. She is the citizen of Poland, but, actually, she was born in Irkutsk, and she has been living here all the time. Darya Senda has entered the Institute of Mathematics, Economics and Informatics at ISU and will specialize in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science.

-I like Mathematics and Computer Science. At first, I wanted to leave for Moscow and enter one of Moscow universities, but my elder sister, a student of the Institute of Mathematics, Economics and Informatics, advised me to stay in Irkutsk and enter Irkutsk State University, – Darya Senda said.
