The photography contest “Korea in my life” was organized by the Korean Language Center at the ISU International Institute of Economics and Linguistics in February. Annually the students present their photos of Korea, its culture, people and nature.

On February 25th the winners of the contest were announced at the special ceremony. Before the ceremony there was held the lecture “Irkutsk region’s contribution to the world economic and cultural development” delivered by Kim Sung Jin, the representative of “Sawdust Korea” company in Russia.

At present, 34 students from the Republic of Korea take courses at the International Institute of Economics and Linguistics, while 23 Russian students learn Korean language to be ready for the training at Pai Chai University and Kwandong University.
