Ariel University (Israel) held the 7-th International Math Championship on December 15th, 2015. Over 200 teams from Russia, Israel, Bulgaria, Romania, Poland, Hungary, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan took part in the contest. Among the participants there was a team of Irkutsk State University. ISU students – Alena Toktareva, Igor Shardakov, Alexey Shibaev and Alena Yastrebova – did all their best and became the second prize winners.

– The participants were given 10 problems consecutively, the time limit for every problem was about 30-40 minutes. Of course, when you solve it in a team, it is much easier, - Alena Toktareva, the group leader, comments on.
