At the end of January the University of Savoy Mont Blanc and Irkutsk State University signed the Inter-institutional agreement aimed at promoting academic mobility for learners and staff under the Erasmus + programme.

The signing of this agreement means a new step in partnership between two Universities. Academic mobility issues were discussed at the meeting in August 2015 when Thierry Villemin, the Vice rector for International and European Affairs of the University of Savoy Mont Blanc, visited ISU.

In March 2016 ISU welcomes the professor Serguei Bezoumov (the University of Savoy) who will deliver lectures at the International Institute of Economics and Linguistics and the Faculty of Service and Advertising.
