The two-year program Access starts at the Siberian-American School of Management of Irkutsk State University. This program invites high school students from families with low incomes to visit English classes. The program is implemented by Siberian-American School of Management in collaboration with ESELTA (Association of English language teachers). 

The program includes not only classes, but the summer school. English classes are scheduled twice a week and conducted by the lecturers working for SAMS. Besides, native speakers are invited to take part in extra classes. At the end of program the students get the certificate.
