ISU gets special subsidies of 31,55 million rubles for repair works and purchasing equipment. Two subsidies are provided by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.

The first subsidy of 15 million rubles is planned to cover repair works in dormitories and the concert hall  and the fire alarm system upgrading. The second subsidy of 16,55 million rubles covers costs on purchasing equipment that is necessary for workshops and research projects at Physics faculty, Psychology faculty and Biology and Soil Studies faculty.
