About the journal
«The Bulletin of Irkutsk State University». Series «Mathematics» («Izvestiya Irkutskogo gosudarstvennogo universiteta». Seriya «Matematika») is a peer reviewed journal which accepts high quality research articles in mathematics, mechanics, computer science and mathematical economics. Annually, the journal publishes about 50 articles in the following areas: algebra and mathematical logic, mathematical analysis and theory of differential equations, optimal control theory, discrete mathematics and computer science, modelling theory, artificial intelligence, theory of finite automata and formal languages, systems analysis, software development.
The Editorial Board is composed of distinguished researchers from scientific schools of Irkutsk, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Belarus and Mongolia.
The submissions can be presented in the form of reviews, full articles, as well as in the form of short reports.
The journal can be useful for researchers, university teachers, graduate students and all those who are interested in publishing their scientific achievements in mathematics, computer science and mathematical economics.

By the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation the series «Mathematics» is included in the List of Russian peer-reviewed journals where major research results of dissertations for the degrees of doctor and candidate of sciences should be published (№ 572).
